How do I determine if I can receive The Advocate home delivery?
Simply click here and enter the zip code of your home delivery address. If local home delivery is available in your area the applicable subscription rates will be displayed. Please be advised that while newspaper subscription prices are published for your zipcode there is a very slight chance that your exact address is not serviced by The Advocate. This situation occurs mainly in very rural areas. Also, if your address is a Post Office Box number, the newspaper cannot be delivered to your address.

What if my address doesn't qualify for home delivery, can I still subscribe?
Advocate subscriptions are not available for every address. If your address doesn’t qualify for home delivery, Advocate customer service representatives can help determine what delivery options are available. Standard home delivery is not available to Post Office Boxes nor detention facilities (prisons, jails, correctional institutions.) However, there are cases where mail delivery might be available to your address. If so, then it is typical that the delivery price will be slightly to significantly higher than the discounted newspaper subscription prices we are displaying on this website.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Any personal information we receive from you is used only to provide the highest quality home delivery service available. All sensitive information such as credit cards or login information is encrypted for secure transmission. Our newspaper subscription website is monitored continuously by such renowned companies as McAfee and Verisign for security from any third parties, and the seals of these agencies are found in the footer on our website and the order page at checkout. See our privacy statement for more details about the use of all information that you provide.

Can Advocate subscriptions be paid by credit card?
Yes. You can charge your subscription on most major credit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard. Simply enter your credit card information on our secure order form. Your credit card will be charged for the amount of the subscription. Nothing could be more convenient.

What should I expect from Advocate Customer Service?
You should expect responsive customer care that allows you to review and update your delivery and billing information, stop delivery of your newspaper when you're away, discover special promotions and notify the The Advocate of any questions or comments you have.

By what time should I expect the paper to be delivered?
In most areas, the paper will be delivered by 6:00 AM on weekdays, 7:00 AM on Saturdays, and 8:00 AM on Sundays. Of course, we strive to maintain these guidelines as much as possible, however, there are always extenuating circumstances, such as inclement weather, that might cause your newspaper delivery to be delayed. If your paper does not come on a scheduled delivery date, please contact The Advocate as soon as possible to receive credit.

When will The Advocate home delivery start?
The lead time to start delivery on a new order varies by area. In most areas, new orders begin within 2 to 3 days after the order request is received. Your expected start date will be shown on the confirmation screen after you place an order. If you have any questions about your start date, or if your newspaper subscription does not begin as scheduled on the first day, please contact the The Advocate, so that we can send a reminder notification to the delivery carrier in your area.

Does my The Advocate subscription include the Classified Ads section?
Yes.

In addition, the The Advocate also publishes special automotive and jobs sections where readers can browse popular automotive and job-related listings.
